Vastu Consultant : Basic Vastu Analysis

Basic Vastu Analysis is a general analysis of a house or plot.

This is the basic analysis which has to be done by sharing maps of the plot. This applies to plots with or without any construction. Basic analysis does not carry any site visits. You need to share the GPS location of the plot with us. We might also require photos of the actual site. You will get a basic map with directions and a suggestion whether you should buy the plot or not. It does not apply to plot which is already purchased. Basic vastu analysis does not carry any extended analysis apart from suitability of a plot or whether you should buy it or not.

The people who want to analyze a plot before buying can order this service. Please note that this service is not applicable on already purchased or constructed plot.

6. It is time consuming process and takes two three days or more depending on the work at hand.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The architectural designs are not approved or rejected by me. I design vastu based homes only. So architectural plans have to be checked by the client only. The client can only ask relevant questions related to report. (Twice only, only within 6 months of time). The support service is for two advises and within the time frame of six months only. Rest of the support consultancy is payable by 10000 Rs/advice.

Things not mentioned in report or which are not a part of vastu will not be discussed.

The basic service starts from 21000 Rs.

OTHER CHARGES

Consultation charges are different for commercial and residential properties. Traveling expenses (both sides) are extra and has to be paid by the customer (In case the client requires a personal visit to site). This includes stay at a hotel (As a rule I do not stay at client's house + 1st class fare or airfare to place. Far off places from Jaipur are only possible through air transport). Full report samples are available on demand. You can contact us for sample. There are no reports in basic site analysis. Site visits are entertained for one time in complete vastu analysis.
