Initial observation:

1.     The north-west corner of the plot is not there. It is disturbing the symmetry.

2.    The restaurant has an extended south-west portion which is not good.

3.    North-east is blocked by a heavy electrical equipment.

4.    The building also lack the north-western portion in total.

This is just the prima-facie. The further analysis will be done based on actual mapping and details

DETAILED ANALYSIS

1. Please insulate the xxx portion of the restaurant by planting a xxx across the windows. You can also xxx between the wooden plank and glass of the window.
2. As North-west portion is not there in this restaurant it indicates lack of frequent and regular sales in this area.
3. South-west portion of this restaurant is extended which is highly inauspicious and there is no compensation for the same. Not only this, north-east is blocked as well. This is not good for overall growth of this place.
4. I found that South-west is also extended in the form of a gallery at the back of the restaurant.
5. Cash counter is in South which should be in North-east or North.
6. When there is no North-west than there will be a lack of proper publicity and fame. The Lack of this side will also lead to frequency of visits.
7. Please cover the south and western windows in the smoking section of the restaurant. Sun light from this direction is considered very harmful for overall growth.
8. Please plant a water fountain or some aquarium in the xxx zone of the restaurant. This will increase the xxx influence in the restaurant. This might increase the sales as well.
9. Keep some books in the xxx direction as well.
10. Donate some food to some old lady on every Monday. This should be done by Dinar.
11. Plant some big leave plants near or outside the South-west window of the smoking zone.
12. Something has to be done about the xx like thing outside the North-east zone. Talk to the owner of the building. Though we will try to xxx this area but the thing will remain over there. It is placed in a highly auspicious direction and will block the major chunk of sales in this restaurant.
13. There are certain areas in this restaurant which cannot be compensated at all. The general remedies are mentioned still the outcome cannot be directly ascertained through this. These remedies are more of a trial and error method with minimum, neutral or maximum positive consequences. You can try these remedies for your advantage.
14. I personally feel that you might change the location of the place in future. You might have to wait for some positive results before that.
15. There is a problem with the logo of xx as well. The ending words are larger in size than the beginning words. Though this seems like a ridiculous idea but the beginning letters spelling café should be large then xxx. Ambitiousness and prosperity are indicated by beginning and ending of words. Handwriting and logos have specific meanings and here the logo needs some corrections as well.
16. Though you are not using symmetry in the restaurant and used antique and different furniture in the whole restaurant but this furniture carries its own waves and energies. Old and antique have specific and strong negative or positive energies in them. That is why Vastu never recommends old items at a new place. Though I understand the basic concept and reason for this design but this is also true that antiques carry different energy patterns. I know we cannot change it but this needs to be shared if I am working for you.
