VASTU SUTRA: In vastu pooja ceremony, the deities of the plot or site are offered particular food and grains. They are requested to leave the plot as the buyer becomes the new owner of the place. This insures the safety of the owner. The best policy is to keep a herd of cows in the plot for the few days before the construction. This removes all the blemishes of a plot and is a very good way to insure that the plot is free of some unseen defects.
