VASTU SUTRA: Do not buy a house or plot which is near a railway line, an electric sub station, a cell phone tower. The shastras do not recommend the plot near a temple, a burial ground,near collision of roads, on or near river banks etc. One should be careful while buying a piece of land and should test the land through khat and other methods before purchasing the plot.
