VASTU SUTRA: The length of the plot should not be more than twice the breadth of the plot. This means that if breadth is 40 then length should not be more than 80. The best plot in this case is square. All these plots loose their power if they are not properly aligned to true directions. The utility of a house is totally dependent on its alignment towards true directions.
