VASTU SUTRA: A house should always be constructed far away from temple. It is an idiotic assumption of Modern vastushastris that north-east should be employed for temple and Pooja. Vastu cannot stress for two contradictory things. Temple requires purity which cannot be maintained by human beings. The house is prone to the demon "Sutaka" during the birth and death. This impure power forces the positive power to curse the householder who built the temple. To avoid the problems one can keep photographs instead of idols or shalagrams. This is because we do not have such large areas where we can built a temple away from residential complex but inside the premise. Those who do not follow this rule, suffer from mental troubles and other problems.
