VASTU SUTRA: Mayamattam an ancient treatise of Vastu

VASTU SUTRA: Mayamattam an ancient treatise of Vastu was written by a demon named Mayasura. Mayasura was the father in law of Ravana. It is believed that he was cursed by Lord Krishna in Dwapar yuga and he was told to leave Jambu Dweepa.

Now the most interesting part. Mayasura was adept in the field of making Gold. There was an ancient civilization in Southern Mexico which was known as Maya. If you have read history then you might be aware that Maya civilization was a golden civilization. It is believed that their houses , temples and daily utensils were made of pure Gold. Interestingly, Maya is a Hindi word. Presently their descendants have customs which are very common to Hindus. This is just an idea that Maya civilization was developed by Mayasura.

My theory is that Mayasura after been cursed by Lord Krishna in Dwapara Yuga left Jambu Dweepa and went to a place which is present day Southern Mexico. He used his knowledge of Gold making over there and flourished.
