VASTU SUTRA: Mathematically, only a square or a rectangle can form equal 81 division. Even rectangle has to be divided (Pad vinyas) in a certain manner so that we can divide the plot and decide the position of the deva padas. Nobody, even the so called best vastushastris, are aware of the methods of proper division of the plot. The most typical is the division of irregular shaped plots. I believe that one should look after proper mathematically aligned plots in case they want a proper vastu division in their house.
