VASTU SUTRA: Khaat Prayoga: Dig a pit in the land which is a meter deep. Fill the pit with water. If the water has a rightward rotation then the land is considered good. If water flows leftward, then the land is medium auspicious.
Leave the pit overnight. Watch the level of water next day. If the pit is dry next day then the land is bad. If it is moist, then it is medium. If water remains as it is then it is considered the best land.
Yes, but please do not try the same during a rainfall, otherwise every land will be auspicious.
